Margin Pro · Pipeline

A CRM that hands you the work, not just the record.

Track deals through your own stages. When one moves, the work it creates lands in your ranked day, not in a report you have to remember to read.

Stages you define

Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost, or whatever your business actually does. Rename them, reorder them, add your own. Mark which ones close a deal.

Templates that fire on entry

Write the follow-up once and it happens every time. {opportunity}, {company}, {value} and {close_date} fill themselves in. Deadlines are relative, so they are always right: three days before the close date, or two days after the deal arrives.

The work goes where work goes

Generated tasks do not sit in a CRM waiting to be noticed. They enter the same ranked day as everything else you owe, competing on deadline, effort, and age. If you share the work, each person's reschedules and pins stay private to them. Your deadline is still your deadline.

Companies, and the people in them

Every client in one place: contacts, notes, and every deal across every pipeline. Add a person before you know where they work.

Who you work through

Some work is yours. Some you deliver behind another firm, invisible to their client. Some you do alongside a partner who brought you in. Margin records which is which, so you always know whose name the client sees and who you invoice.

Where deals come from

Mark who referred a company and Margin keeps both sides of it: the client shows who sent them, the referrer shows everyone they sent you.

Share with anyone, free

Invite by email. They get a link, no password, no signup. Give them one pipeline or the whole workspace, view or edit, and change it later without starting over. Revoking is immediate.

Talk to it

From the app, or from Claude on your phone: “add a $40k deal for Indie Chamber closing September 30” · “what's in Negotiation?” · “move the AIS deal to Won.” A move made in conversation fires the same templates as a card dragged on the board.

Nothing lies

Deleting a deal that was never real (a duplicate, a typo, a lead that evaporated) removes it from every total without counting it as a loss. Won and Lost mean what they say, so the numbers you build on stay honest.
